Geetha Ramamoorthi, Founder & Principal Advisor
Geetha Ramamoorthi is a seasoned Business leader with over thirty years of experience in leading large MNCs, and has a proven track record of having grown Global Capability Centres multifold in the engineering and technology space. She is a Thinkers360 Global Top 150 B2B Thought leader and winner of many awards for her leadership in championing Innovation, Digital transformation and Inclusion and Diversity. She was VP& MD of KBR India till April 2026, before she decided to set up her own firm.
Geetha set up Herizon Advisory, fueled by a passion to help businesses succeed in an increasingly AI-driven environment. Her unique blend of expertise and skills encompassing GCC scaling, workplace strategy, Digital transformation, culture transformation, industry-academia partnership and Inclusion and Diversity puts her in a vantage position to lead strategic growth and transformation for businesses, across sectors.
